How it works

1. Gain any amount of life.
2. Heliod triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Scurry Oak.
3. Scurry Oak triggers, creating a 1/1 Squirrel creature token.
4. When the Squirrel enters the battlefield, Prosperous Innkeeper's second ability triggers, causing you to gain 1 life.
5. Repeat.

This infinite loop is masterminded by the synergy between Heliod, Sun-Crowned and Scurry Oak, turning any initial instance of lifegain into a self-sustaining engine. Once Heliod's triggered ability drops a +1/+1 counter onto Scurry Oak, the Oak's own triggered ability responds by spawning a 1/1 green Squirrel token. That token's arrival on the battlefield immediately triggers Prosperous Innkeeper, netting you 1 life which feeds right back into Heliod to restart the cycle. Meanwhile, Prosperous Innkeeper's entrance also left behind a handy Treasure token to help you cast your setup pieces in the first place.
