How it works

1. Activate Chromatic Orrery's first ability by tapping it, adding 5.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying 3 tageting any two applicable permanents.
3. Chandra triggers, creating a copy of Ghostly Flicker targeting any two applicable permanents.
4. Holding priority, activate Errant by paying 2 and tapping it, creating a copy of the Ghostly Flicker copy targeting Errant and Chromatic Orrery.
5. Resolve the first copy of Ghostly Flicker, blinking Errant and Chromattic Orrery.
6. Activate Chromatic Orrery's first ability by tapping it, adding 5.
7. Repeat from step 4.
8. Once you have infinite mana, you may instead activate Chromatic Orrery's second ability to draw infinite cards.

With Chromatic Orrery on the battlefield providing a massive influx of colorless mana and smoothing your color requirements, casting Ghostly Flicker initiates the sequence. Chandra, Hope's Beacon effortlessly adds the first copy of the spell as soon as it is cast, while Errant, Street Artist steps in to continuously copy those copies since they technically weren't cast from hand. By having the resulting Ghostly Flicker loops repeatedly target Errant and Chromatic Orrery, you can perpetually refresh your mana supply, ultimately pivoting into drawing your entire deck for a game-winning finish.
