How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Chromatic Orrery by tapping them, adding CCCCC.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2.
3. Elsha's prowess ability triggers, giving it +1/+1 until end of turn.
4. Resolve Ghostly Flicker, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Chromatic Orrery
5. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
6. Repeat.

This brilliant engine relies on Mystic Sanctuary and Chromatic Orrery looping in and out of exile via Ghostly Flicker, with Chromatic Orrery's five-color mana-filtering ability converting raw colorless mana into the exact blue mana needed to recast the spell. As Mystic Sanctuary enters the battlefield untapped, its triggered ability takes Ghostly Flicker right back out of your graveyard and places it precisely on top of your library. That is where Elsha of the Infinite proves indispensable, allowing you to cast Ghostly Flicker immediately from the top of your library with flash and triggering her prowess repeatedly to grow her massive.
