How it works

1. Activate Chromatic Orrery's first ability by tapping it, adding 5.
2. Activate Clock of Omens by tapping Staff of Domination and Basalt Monolith, untapping Chromatic Orrery.
3. Activate Basalt Monolith's second ability by paying 3, untapping it.
4. Activate Staff of Domination's first ability by paying 1, untapping it.
5. Repeat.
6. Once you have infinite mana, you may use it to activate Staff of Domination's other abilities and/or untap any artifact(s) you control.

This intricate setup relies on Chromatic Orrery to power the engine, tapping for five mana while its passive ability ensures you can spend that mana as any color. You then channel that wealth into Basalt Monolith, which taps for three colorless mana to help fund the loop whileClock of Omens uses two untapped artifacts—specifically Staff of Domination and Basalt Monolith itself—to untap the Orrery. Finally, Staff of Domination untaps itself for a single mana, leaving you with a self-sustaining web that generates infinite mana, endless card draw, and limitless life.
