How it works

1. Activate Chromatic Orrery by tapping it, adding CCCCC
2. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying 2, untapping Chromatic Orrery.
3. Repeat.

Bello, Bard of the Brambles acts as the catalyst here, turning Chromatic Orrery into an artifact creature with its native mana value of 7, granting it the necessary creature status to be targeted. Once animated, you tap Chromatic Orrery to generate five generic mana, which is then filtered into any color thanks to its own mana-spending ability. You use a portion of that bounty to pay Voltaic Construct's ability cost, untapping the Orrery so the loop can begin anew. Because the Orrery produces more mana than the Construct demands for the untap, you net a surplus of infinite mana while also unlocking massive card drawing potential.
