How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Chromatic Orrery by tapping them, adding CCCCC.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Chromatic Orrery.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This loop relies on the mana-producing power of Chromatic Orrery, whose ability to spend mana as though it were any color turns its five colorless mana into the exact blue requirement needed for Ghostly Flicker. By using Ghostly Flicker to blink both Chromatic Orrery and Mystic Sanctuary, you reset their tap abilities while utilizing Mystic Sanctuary's landfall-style triggered ability to pluck Ghostly Flicker right back from your graveyard to the top of your library. From there, Experimental Frenzy lets you cast that exact same Ghostly Flicker straight off the top of your deck, repeating the process indefinitely to generate infinite mana and trigger loops.
