How it works

  1. Cast Growth-Chamber Guardian by paying 1G mana.
  2. Growth-Chamber Guardian enters the battlefield, triggering The Great Henge, putting a +1/+1 counter on Growth-Chamber Guardian and drawing you a card.
  3. Growth-Chamber Guardian triggers.
  4. Holding priority, activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Growth-Chamber Guardian, adding CC.
  5. Growth-Chamber Guardian is put on the bottom of your library from the battlefield due to Wheel of Sun and Moon's effect.
  6. Resolve the Growth-Chamber Guardian trigger from step 3, searching your library for Growth-Chamber Guardian and putting it into your hand.
  7. Repeat.
