How it works

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Su-Chi, adding CC.
2. When Su-Chi dies, it triggers, adding CCCC.
3. Activate Chainer by paying 3 and 3 life, returning Su-Chi to the battlefield from your graveyard.
4. When Su-Chi enters the battlefield, Angelic Chorus triggers, causing you to gain life equal to Su-Chi's toughness.
5. Repeat.

This intricate loop relies on a clever bridge of mana and life management centered around Chainer, Dementia Master, whose ability reanimates creatures directly from your graveyard for a modest three life and three mana. To sustain this, Su-Chi acts as the perfect battery: sacrificing it to Ashnod's Altar yields two colorless mana, and its own death trigger adds another four, generating a net surplus every cycle. Meanwhile, Chromatic Orrery ensures you can filter all that raw colorless energy into any colored mana you might need for Chainer's activation cost. Finally, Angelic Chorus steps in to completely offset the life payments, restoring your health buffer with every single loop iteration as Su-Chi re-enters the battlefield.
