How it works

1. Activate Battered Golem using the ability granted to it by Viridian Longbow by tapping it, dealing 1 damage to Smaug.
2. Smaug triggers, creating a Treasure token.
3. When the Treasure enters, Battered Golem triggers, untapping Battered Golem.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop transforms a simple archer's setup into a glittering horde of wealth by turning Battered Golem into a sharpshooter via Viridian Longbow. When Battered Golem taps to ping Smaug the Impenetrable, Smaug's damage-trigger creates a Treasure token, which in turn triggers Battered Golem's static-like entry ability to immediately untap the creature and ready it for another shot. Because Smaug the Impenetrable conveniently survives the damage thanks to its indestructible nature, this mechanical chain can repeat indefinitely to generate limitless treasures and mana.
