How it works

1. Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing another creature that has an Aura attached to it.
2. When the creature dies, Cass triggers, returning an Aura that was attached to the creature from your graveyard to the battlefield attached to another creature you control.
3. When the Aura enters the battlefield, Ajani's Chosen triggers, creating a creature token.
4. Resolve the Bartolomé del Presidio ability.
5. Repeat.

This loop relies on a clever death-trigger recycling engine powered by Cass, Hand of Vengeance, whose ability returns Auras from your graveyard to the battlefield whenever an enchanted or equipped creature you control dies. When you sacrifice a creature wearing an Aura using Bartolomé del Presidio, Cass triggers to loop that Aura right back onto the battlefield, simultaneously growing Bartolomé with a fresh +1/+1 counter. Every time the recycled Aura makes its entrance, Ajani's Chosen spots the new enchantment and immediately creates a 2/2 Cat token to keep the cycle going. You can then feed these newly minted tokens right back into Bartolomé del Presidio, generating an endless stream of sacrifices, triggers, and counters.
