How it works

1. Activate Birds of Paradise by tapping it, adding 1.
2. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top from the battlefield onto the top of your library.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 1.
4. Valley Floodcaller triggers, giving Birds, Otters, Frogs and Rats you control +1/+1 until end of turn and untapping them.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop transforms Sensei's Divining Top into a self-replenishing engine by casting it repeatedly right off the top of your library. Crystal Skull, Isu Spyglass plays a vital foundational role here by granting permission to cast historic artifacts from the top of your library in the first place, while Valley Floodcaller provides the crucial untapped trigger whenever that noncreature spell is cast.
