How it works

1. Cast Finale of Promise by paying 10, causing you to cast Cackling Counterpart from your graveyard without paying its mana cost and copying it twice, with all spells targeting Biovisionary.
2. Resolve all Cackling Counterparts, creating three token copies of Biovisionary.
3. At the beginning of your end step, each Biovisionary you control triggers.
4. Resolve the first trigger, causing you to win the game.

This spell-copier win condition revolves around Finale of Promise fueling a massive X=10 or greater payment, which triggers its ability to copy targeted instant and sorcery spells twice. By selecting Cackling Counterpart in your graveyard as the target, Finale of Promise lets you cast it for free and generates two extra copies on top of it. All three instances then target your original Biovisionary, instantly creating the three token copies needed to fulfill its four-creature requirement. Once your end step arrives, Biovisionary's own trigger resolves to claim immediate victory before opponents can disrupt your board.
