How it works
- Cast any other instant or sorcery spell, or wait for an opponent to cast one.
- Cast Reiterate with buyback by paying 4, targeting the spell.
- Veyran and Ovika each trigger twice.
- Resolve both Veyran triggers, giving it +2/+2 until end of turn.
- Resolve both Ovika triggers, creating six 1/1 Phyrexian Goblin creature tokens with haste.
- Resolve Reiterate, creating a copy of the spell it was targeting and returning Reiterate to your hand.
- Veyran triggers twice, giving itself +2/+2 until end of turn.
- Activate Phyrexian Altar six times by sacrificing the six Phyrexian Goblins, adding 4.
- Repeat from step 2.
