How it works

1. Cast Sweet Oblivion by paying 1 reduced by the number of creatures you tap as you cast it, targeting yourself.
2. Ovika triggers, creating two 1/1 Phyrexian Goblin creature tokens.
3. Resolve Sweet Oblivion, causing you to mill four cards.
4. Cast Sweet Oblivion from your graveyard for its escape cost by tapping the two Phyrexian Goblins, and paying 1 reduced by the number of other creatures you tap as you cast it, as well as exiling four other cards from your graveyard, targeting yourself.
5. Ovika triggers, creating two 1/1 Phyrexian Goblin creature tokens.
6. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the two tapped Phyrexian Goblins, adding 1.
7. Resolve Sweet Oblivion, causing you to mill four cards.
8. Repeat from step 4.
