How it works
- Cast Rot Hulk by paying 5.
- When Rot Hulk enters, it and Necroduality trigger.
- Holding priority, activate Phantom Train by sacrificing Rot Hulk.
- Resolve the Rot Hulk trigger, failing to return anything to the battlefield.
- Resolve the Necroduality trigger, creating a token copy of Rot Hulk.
- When the token Rot Hulk enters, it triggers, returning Rot Hulk from your graveyard to the battlefield.
- Repeat from step 2.
This ingenious loop turns a single Rot Hulk into an endless cycle of resurrection and replication. When Rot Hulk enters the battlefield, Necroduality springs into action to double the fun by spawning a token copy whenever a nontoken Zombie arrives, while Phantom Train stands ready to sacrifice the original to feed its own growth and clear the way. Because the token Rot Hulk enters the battlefield immediately after, its own entry trigger fires to pull the original Rot Hulk right back out of your graveyard, setting the whole engine spinning again.
