How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Mana Crypt by tapping them, adding CC.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Mana Crypt.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This Vintage loop relies on Madame Web, Clairvoyant to turn the top of your library into an extension of your hand, allowing you to recast Ghostly Flicker over and over. By targeting both Mana Crypt and Mystic Sanctuary with Ghostly Flicker's exile effect, you reset their abilities while generating surplus mana to pay for the spell. Each time Mystic Sanctuary re-enters the battlefield untapped, its triggered ability places Ghostly Flicker right back on top of your library, perfectly positioned for Madame Web, Clairvoyant to cast it again.
