How it works
Activate Dockside Chef by paying 1 and sacrificing a creature.
When the creature dies, Pitiless Plunderer triggers, creating two Treasure artifact tokens.
Resolve the Dockside Chef ability, causing you to draw a card.
The Locust God triggers, creating two 1/1 Insect creature tokens with flying and haste.
Activate both Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing them, adding 1.
Repeat.
This engine creates a self-sustaining loop by converting your creature base into raw card advantage and mana. When you activate Dockside Chef by sacrificing a creature, Pitiless Plunderer immediately steps in to generate a pair of Treasure tokens off that death. Those Treasures are sacrificed to pay the black mana required to repeat the process, while the card you draw triggers The Locust God to flood the board with flying Insect tokens. With Anointed Procession doubling every single token created along the way, your sacrificial fodder actually multiplies, yielding an overflowing reservoir of cards, mana, and attackers.
