How it works

1. Activate Charming Scoundrel by paying 1, blinking it.
2. When Charming Scoundrel enters the battlefield, it and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability trigger.
3. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Charming Scoundrel.
4. Resolve the Charming Scoundrel trigger, creating two Treasure artifact tokens.
5. Activate the Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding .
6. Repeat.

This enchanting loop turns Deadeye Navigator into a self-sustaining engine by pairing it with Charming Scoundrel to repeatedly trigger the Scoundrel's entry ability. While paying the blink cost normally takes a heavy toll, Anointed Procession doubles the output of Charming Scoundrel's Treasure generation into a pair of shiny tokens every iteration. Sacrificing those generated riches easily refunds the blue mana needed to keep Deadeye Navigator blinking the Scoundrel, generating an endless cascade of artifact and creature triggers.
