How it works
- Activate Kaya's second loyalty ability by removing two loyalty counters from it, causing you to double any tokens you create this turn.
- Activate Agonasaur Rex's cycling ability by paying 2 and discarding it.
- Agonasaur Rex triggers, putting two +1/+1 counters on Evolution Witness.
- Evolution Witness triggers, returning Agonasaur Rex from your graveyard to your hand.
- Kheru Goldkeeper triggers, creating four Treasure tokens.
- Resolve the Agonasaur Rex ability from step 2, causing you to draw a card.
- Activate three Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding 2.
- Repeat from step 2
This clever loop turns the cycle of Agonasaur Rex into a self-sustaining engine by utilizing Evolution Witness's triggered ability to pull the dinosaur right back out of your graveyard. Every time Agonasaur Rex cycles, its trigger places +1/+1 counters onto Evolution Witness, which in turn lets you recur the cycling creature. The real magic, however, comes from Kheru Goldkeeper, whose passive trigger rewards you with a Treasure token whenever a card leaves your graveyard—an influx of resources that is exponentially amplified by the token-doubling effects of both Anointed Procession and Kaya, Geist Hunter's minus ability. By cycling the dinosaur and recurring it over and over, you generate a massive wave of Treasures, draw your entire deck, and fuel near-infinite mana to close out the game.
