How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary by tapping it, adding .
2. Cast Time Walk by paying its mana cost, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
3. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Salvager of Secrets.
4. When Salvager of Secrets and Mystic Sanctuary enter the battlefield, they trigger.
5. Resolve the Salvager of Secrets trigger, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
6. Resolve the Mystic Sanctuary trigger, putting Time Walk from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
7. Move to your next turn, drawing Time Walk during your draw step.
8. Repeat.

This Vintage-legal engine achieves infinite turns by recycling a single copy of Time Walk through an endless loop of blinks and recursion. Salvager of Secrets acts as your hand-retrieval engine by pulling Ghostly Flicker back from the graveyard upon entry, while Mystic Sanctuary manipulates your library to place Time Walk right on top just in time for your next draw step. Ghostly Flicker ties the whole operation together by repeatedly exiling and returning both permanents to re-trigger their abilities without spending excessive resources.
