How it works

  1. Activate Urza, Planeswalker's first loyalty ability by putting two loyalty counters on it, causing instant spells you cast this turn to cost 2 less and causing you to gain two life.
  2. Activate a basic Island by tapping it, adding U mana.
  3. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying U mana, blinking Salvager of Secrets and a basic Island.
  4. Salvager of Secrets enters the battlefield, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
  5. Repeat from step 2.
