How it works

1. Deal combat damage to an opponent using a Rogue.
2. Activate Mystic Sanctuary by tapping it, adding .
3. Cast Notorious Throng by paying its mana cost, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
4. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Salvager of Secrets.
5. When Salvager of Secrets and Mystic Sanctuary enter the battlefield, they trigger.
6. Resolve the Salvager of Secrets trigger, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
7. Resolve the Mystic Sanctuary trigger, putting Notorious Throng from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
8. Move to your next turn, drawing Notorious Throng during your draw step.
9. Repeat.

This brilliant chain begins by using Notorious Throng to secure an extra turn, fueled by a successful Rogue attack to pay its prowl cost. From there, you cast Ghostly Flicker to target both Salvager of Secrets and Mystic Sanctuary, blinking them right back onto the battlefield. As these permanents re-enter, Salvager of Secrets returns Ghostly Flicker straight to your hand while Mystic Sanctuary places Notorious Throng back on top of your library, setting you up to draw it seamlessly on your next turn and repeat the whole loop indefinitely.
