How it works

1. Deal combat damage to an opponent using a Rogue.
2. Cast Notorious Throng for its prowl cost by paying 5, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
3. Cast Salvager of Secrets by paying its mana cost.
4. When Salvager of Secrets enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Notorious Throng from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Move to your next turn.
6. Activate Dour Port-Mage by paying 1 and tapping it, returning Salvager of Secrets from the battlefield to your hand.
7. Dour Port-Mage triggers, causing you to draw a card.
8. Repeat.

This clever loop lets you take infinite turns by perpetually recycling a single copy of Notorious Throng, fueled by your extra turns and a Rogue's initial combat damage to pay its prowl cost. Salvager of Secrets is the engine's recurring memory, retrieving the sorcery from your graveyard to your hand every time it enters the battlefield. Meanwhile, Dour Port-Mage serves a dual purpose: its active ability bounces the Salvager back to your hand for reuse, and its passive triggered ability rewards that bounce by letting you draw a card every single iteration.
