How it works

  1. Activate a basic Island by tapping it, adding U mana.
  2. Activate Earthcraft by tapping Misthollow Griffin, untapping a basic Island.
  3. Activate a basic Island by tapping it, adding U mana.
  4. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Misthollow Griffin, adding CC.
  5. When Misthollow Griffin dies, Brenard triggers, exiling Misthollow Griffin from your graveyard and creating a token copy of it that is a 1/1 Food Golem artifact creature token.
  6. Activate Earthcraft by tapping the Misthollow Griffin token, untapping a basic Island.
  7. Cast Misthollow Griffin from exile by paying 2U manaU mana.
  8. Repeat.
