How it works
Cast Lumra by paying 4.
When Lumra enters, it triggers.
Holding priority, activate Zuran Orb by sacrificing a land.
Repeat step 3 until you control no lands.
When you sacrifice the last land, Lumra will die as a state-based action due to having 0 toughness.
Resolve the Lumra trigger from step 2, causing you to mill four cards and return all lands from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
When the lands enter, Emeria Shepherd triggers that many times.
Resolve an Emeria Shepherd trigger that was triggered by a Plains, returning Lumra from your graveyard to the battlefield.
Repeat from step 2.
This fascinating loop relies on manipulating Lumra, Bellow of the Woods's variable toughness—which scales directly with your land count—by sacrificing your lands to Zuran Orb until Lumra perishes in the graveyard. Once in the yard, the arrival of those very same lands triggers Emeria Shepherd's landfall ability, specifically utilizing its Plains clause to bypass your hand and directly resurrect Lumra onto the battlefield. As Lumra re-enters, it mills your deck and dumps every land from your graveyard back into play, fueling the Zuran Orb sacrifice engine all over again to keep the cycle spinning infinitely.
