How it works

1. Cast the artifact by paying 0.
2. Toph, Hardheaded Teacher triggers, earthbending Boros Garrison.
3. Resolve the artifact spell.
4. Activate Zuran Orb by sacrificing Boros Garrison.
5. When Boros Garrison dies, Toph, Hardheaded Teach triggers, returning Boros Garrison from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
6. When Boros Garrison enters, it triggers, returning the artifact cast in step 1 from the battlefield to your hand, as it's a land due to Toph, the First Metalbender.
7. Resolve the Zuran Orb ability
8. Repeat.

This brilliant loop turns the rules of the battlefield inside out by leveraging Toph, the First Metalbender to permanently transform your noncreature artifacts into lands. With that foundation set, casting a zero-mana artifact triggers Toph, Hardheaded Teacher to earthbend your Boros Garrison into a land-creature, setting the stage for Zuran Orb to sacrifice it for life. Because the Garrison is a land, its death triggers Toph, Hardheaded Teacher's earthbend return clause to bring it right back to the battlefield tapped. Finally, the Boros Garrison's own enters-the-battlefield trigger forces you to bounce a land, which is actually your original artifact thanks to Toph, the First Metalbender's static type-changing ability, allowing you to recast it and repeat the cycle infinitely.
