How it works

1. Activate Myr Welder using The Eternity Elevator's ability by tapping it, adding CCC.
2. If Voltaic Construct is on the battlefield, activate Voltaic Construct by paying 2, untapping Myr Welder. Otherwise, activate Myr Welder using Voltaic Construct's ability by paying 2, untapping Myr Welder.
3. Repeat.

This crafty combination turns Myr Welder into a self-sustaining mana and untap engine by leveraging its ability to acquire the text of exiled artifacts. Once Voltaic Construct and The Eternity Elevator are in your graveyard to be imprinted, Myr Welder gains the massive mana-producing and untap capabilities of both cards. You can tap Myr Welder for three colorless mana using The Eternity Elevator's ability, and then spend two of that mana to activate Voltaic Construct's ability to untap Myr Welder. Repeating this loop yields infinite untaps and infinite mana of any color, fueling whatever grand transmutation you desire.
