Myr Welder + Biotransference + Empowered Autogenerator + Duergar Mine-Captain
How it works
- Activate Myr Welder using Empowered Autogenerator's ability by tapping it, putting a charge counter on Myr Welder and adding or for each charge counter on Myr Welder.
- Activate Myr Welder using Duergar Mine-Captain's ability by paying 1R/W and untapping it, giving attacking creatures +1/+0 until end of turn.
- Repeat.
This clever engine turns Myr Welder into a self-sustaining mana and pump factory by devouring specific tools from the graveyard. First, Biotransference ensures that Duergar Mine-Captain and all your other creature cards are treated as artifacts everywhere, allowing Myr Welder's imprint ability to harvest their activated text directly from the graveyard. Once both Empowered Autogenerator and Duergar Mine-Captain are safely exiled beneath it, Myr Welder can repeatedly tap to generate scaling amounts of colored mana while accumulating charge counters, and then spend a portion of that mana to untap itself using the Mine-Captain's ability. This recursive loop effortlessly generates infinite colored mana, infinitely large attacking creatures, and an arbitrarily large number of charge counters.
