How it works

1. Activate Myr Welder using Empowered Autogenerator's ability by tapping it, putting a charge counter on Myr Welder and adding or for each charge counter on Myr Welder.
2. Activate Myr Welder using Gilder Bairn's ability by paying 2G/U and untapping it, targeting any permanent.
3. Repeat.

This ingenious loop transforms Myr Welder into a self-sustaining powerhouse by feeding it the activated abilities of both Empowered Autogenerator and Gilder Bairn, bridging the gap with Biotransference so the welder itself counts as an artifact ready to be exiled or targeted if needed. Once Myr Welder has absorbed both cards' capabilities, it taps to generate scaling mana and charge counters using the Autogenerator's text, then uses the Gilder Bairn's untap cost—fueled by the mana it just made—to double those very same counters. Because Biotransference ensures your creature cards and spells are properly typed artifacts behind the scenes, the entire engine hums together seamlessly to churn out infinite colored mana and unbounded counters.
