How it works
- Activate Myr Welder using Sarevok's Tome's ability by tapping it, adding CC.
- Activate Myr Welder using Staff of Domination's first ability by paying 1, untapping it.
- Repeat.
By using Myr Welder to imprint both Staff of Domination and Sarevok's Tome, our metallic artisan gains the activated abilities of both artifacts. Sarevok's Tome provides the engine's mana production—tapping for two colorless mana when you hold the initiative—while Staff of Domination allows the Welder to untap itself for just one mana. This creates a neat self-sustaining loop that generates infinite colorless mana, which you can then funnel into the rest of the Staff's suite of abilities to draw your entire deck, gain infinite life, and completely take over the game.
