How it works

  1. Cast The Notary Hobbits by paying 3G manaG mana plus commander tax if applicable.
  2. When The Notary Hobbits enters, it triggers, creating two nonlegendary token copies of it.
  3. Activate The Notary Hobbits and the two Notary Hobbits tokens by tapping them, adding CCC for each Halfling you control.
  4. Activate Food Chain by exiling the nontoken Notary Hobbits, adding six G mana that can only be spent to cast creature spells.
  5. Choose to return The Notary Hobbits from exile to the command zone.
  6. Repeat.
