How it works

  1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Metamorphosis Fanatic.
  2. When Metamorphosis Fanatic dies, Kheru Bloodsucker triggers, causing each opponent to lose 2 life and you to gain 2 life.
  3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Junji.
  4. When Junji dies, it and Kheru Bloodsucker trigger.
  5. Resolve the Kheru Bloodsucker trigger, causing each opponent to lose 2 life and you to gain 2 life.
  6. Resolve the Junji trigger, returning Metamorphosis Fanatic from your graveyard to the battlefield and causing you to lose 2 life.
  7. When Metamorphosis Fanatic enters, it triggers, returning Junji from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  8. Repeat.
