How it works

1. Deal damage to Truefire Captain.
2. Truefire Captain and Repercussion trigger.
3. Resolve the Truefire Captain trigger, dealing damage to an applicable target.
4. Resolve the Repercussion trigger, dealing damage to Truefire Captain instead of you due to Pariah.
5. Repeat from step 2.

This loop turns a simple spark into an unstoppable cascade by turning Truefire Captain into the ultimate lightning rod, thanks to Pariah redirecting all incoming damage away from you and straight onto the Captain instead. Every time the Captain takes damage, its own triggered ability fires back at an opponent, while Repercussion catches that exact same instance of damage and punishes the Captain's controller—which, with Pariah's redirection in place, loops right back into the Captain to restart the whole cycle.
