How it works

Because Heronblade Elite is now an artifact creature, it becomes a legal target for Voltaic Construct's untap ability. Once the engine is rolling, Heronblade Elite taps for a massive influx of mana thanks to its power, leaving you more than enough resources to feed Voltaic Construct's activation cost and repeat the process indefinitely.
