How it works

1. Activate Cloudblazer by paying 1, blinking it.
2. When Cloudblazer enters the battlefield, it and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability trigger.
3. Resolve the Cloudblazer trigger, causing you to draw two cards and gain 2 life.
4. The Locust God triggers twice, creating two 1/1 Insect creature tokens with flying and haste.
5. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Cloudblazer.
6. Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing the Insects, adding 1.
7. Repeat.

This loop transforms a bonded pair into an unstoppable engine by letting Deadeye Navigator repeatedly flicker Cloudblazer for a steady stream of life and card draw.
