How it works

  1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing a creature.
  2. The creature dies, triggering Norn's Wellspring, causing you to put an oil counter on it and draw a card.
  3. The Locust God triggers, creating a 1/1 Insect creature token with flying and haste.
  4. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to the sacrificed creature's power.
  5. Repeat.
