How it works

  1. Activate Spider-Gwen by paying 2 and tapping it.
  2. Spider-Gwen triggers, causing you to rummage.
  3. The Locust God triggers, creating a 1/1 Insect creature token with flying and haste.
  4. Resolve the Spider-Gwen ability from step 1, dealing 1 damage to any target.
  5. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Insect, adding CC.
  6. When the Insect dies, Spider-Gwen triggers, untapping it.
  7. Repeat.
