How it works

1. Activate Tymora's Invoker by paying 8, causing you to draw two cards.
2. The Locust God triggers twice, creating four 1/1 Insect creature tokens with flying and haste.
3. Activate Ashnod's Altar four times by sacrificing the Insects, adding eight C.
4. Repeat.

This explosive loop centers on Tymora's Invoker and its expensive activated ability, which suddenly turns into a self-sustaining engine once you have the right pieces in play. As you draw cards, The Locust God triggers to populate your board with flying Insects, which Mondrak, Glory Dominus immediately doubles to generate an army of tokens instead of just a few. You then feed those extra bodies directly into Ashnod's Altar, turning your sacrificed creatures into the exact mana you need to activate Tymora's Invoker all over again.
