How it works

  1. Activate Carrion Feeder by sacrificing another creature.
  2. Smothering Abomination's second ability triggers, causing you to draw a card.
  3. The Locust God triggers, creating a 1/1 Insect creature token with flying and haste.
  4. Resolve the Carrion Feeder ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
  5. Repeat.

This loop sets up a self-sustaining cycle of sacrifice and card draw, fueled by Carrion Feeder's ability to consume creatures at will. Every time you sacrifice a creature to it, Smothering Abomination rewards that sacrifice by letting you draw a card. That drawn card immediately triggers The Locust God to spawn a fresh 1/1 Insect token, which in turn becomes the next fuel source for Carrion Feeder.
