How it works
Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing another creature, adding one mana of any color.
Korvold's second ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it and causing you to draw a card.
The Locust God triggers, causing you to create a 1/1 Insect creature token with haste.
Repeat.
This loop turns a modest sacrifice into a self-sustaining engine by letting Phyrexian Altar convert your creatures directly into mana. As each creature hits the graveyard, Korvold, Fae-Cursed King triggers to draw you a card, which in turn causes The Locust God to instantly hatch a fresh 1/1 Insect to replace the one you just lost. Because Korvold also grows with every sacrifice, this cycle feeds itself while rapidly pumping up your commander and churning out an endless swarm of hasty fliers.
