How it works

1. Draw a card.

3. When the Insect enters the battlefield, Weftstalker Ardent triggers, dealing 1 damage to each opponent.
4. Niv-Mizzet triggers, causing you to draw a card.
5. Repeat from step 2.

This engine transforms a simple draw step into a self-sustaining loop of damage and creation, anchored by The Locust God to generate a flying Insect token every time you draw. That token's entry triggers Weftstalker Ardent, which pings each opponent for 1 damage to fuel Niv-Mizzet, Visionary's damage-based card draw ability. Because Niv-Mizzet also removes your maximum hand size, you can safely hold your entire deck while continuously churning out hasty tokens and dealing lethal damage.
