How it works

1. Declare Magus of the Candelabra as an attacker.
2. Activate Maze of Ith by tapping it, untapping Magus of the Candelabra.
3. Activate a mana-producing land by tapping it, adding at least 3.
4. Activate Magus of the Candelabra by paying 2 and tapping it, untapping Maze of Ith and the mana-producing land.
5. Repeat from step 2.

This loop turns a clever combat interaction into a massive mana engine by letting Magus of the Candelabra attack safely out of nowhere. Since Maze of Ith untaps the attacking Magus of the Candelabra and prevents its combat damage, you can continuously reset its ability during the combat phase. Meanwhile, Nyxbloom Ancient supercharges your lands so that when you use Magus of the Candelabra to untap them, each tap yields a surplus of mana.
