How it works

1. Activate Goblin Bombardment by sacrificing the creature with a coin counter on it.
2. When the creature dies, Athreos's second ability and Reluctant Role Model's second ability trigger.
3. Resolve the Athreos trigger, returning the creature from your graveyard to the battlefield.
4. Resolve the Reluctant Role Model trigger, putting a coin counter on it if it wasn't the creature that was sacrificed, or another nontoken creature you control otherwise.
5. Resolve the Goblin Bombardment ability, dealing 1 damage to any target.
6. Repeat.

This crafty loop turns the graveyard into a revolving door by leveraging Athreos, Shroud-Veiled to continuously rescue your doomed assets. When you use Goblin Bombardment to sacrifice a creature bearing one of Athreos's coin counters, its death triggers both the god and Reluctant Role Model simultaneously. Reluctant Role Model ensures that the dying creature passes its counters along or helps keep the engine going, while Athreos simply plucks the card right back out of the graveyard and drops it onto the battlefield under your control. By cycling the coin counters and repeating the sacrifice, you can pelt any target with infinite damage.
