How it works

1. Cast the Dinosaur in your hand by paying its mana cost. It will enter with a coin counter due to Blue.
2. Activate Phantom Train by sacrificing the Dinosaur.
3. When the Dinosaur dies, Athreos's second ability triggers, returning the Dinosaur from your graveyard to the battlefield. It will enter with a coin counter due to Blue.
4. Resolve the Phantom Train ability.
5. Repeat from step 2.

This loop turns a simple sacrifice engine into a recursive factory by utilizing Blue, Loyal Raptor to continuously seed your incoming creatures with coin counters. Because Blue grants each other Dinosaur entering the battlefield a counter of every kind currently on it, casting your Dinosaur ensures it arrives pre-marked for Athreos, Shroud-Veiled to reclaim. You then feed that creature to Phantom Train, whose activation pumps its own size while letting Athreos's triggered ability instantly return the fallen Dinosaur to the battlefield to repeat the cycle.
