How it works

1. Declare Ethereal Forager as an attacker.
2. Ethereal Forager triggers, returning Time Warp from exile to your hand.
3. Activate Termur Sabertooth by paying 2, returning Ethereal Forager to your hand from the battlefield.
4. Move to your postcombat main phase.
5. Cast Time Warp by paying 3, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
6. Cast Ethereal Forager by paying 3 and exiling Time Warp from your graveyard.
7. Chulane triggers, causing you to draw a card and allowing you to put a land from your hand onto the battlefield.
8. Repeat each turn.

This clever loop locks down the game by chaining infinite extra turns through Ethereal Forager and Time Warp. While Ethereal Forager's delve ability lets you easily recast it by feeding it the very Time Warp you just cast, the card's attack trigger ensures that crucial sorcery constantly returns to your hand rather than staying lost in exile. To keep the engine running, Meticulous Excavation acts as the necessary mechanical glue, allowing you to bounce Ethereal Forager safely back to your hand for reuse each turn so you can replay it, exile Time Warp anew, and control all future turns indefinitely.
