How it works

1. Cast Mistbind Clique by paying 3.

3. Resolve the Inalla trigger, causing you to pay 1 to create a token copy of Mistbind Clique with haste.
4. The token Mistbind Clique enters the battlefield, championing the nontoken Mistbind Clique.
5. The nontoken Mistbind Clique leaves the battlefield, returning nothing from exile to the battlefield.
6. Resolve the nontoken Mistbind Clique trigger from step 2, choosing not to exile anything.
7. Activate Thermopod by sacrificing the Mistbind Clique token, adding at least one mana.
8. The Mistbind Clique token leaves the battlefield, returning the nontoken Mistbind Clique from exile to the battlefield.
