How it works

  1. Cast Dargo from the command zone by paying R mana.
  2. When Dargo enters the battlefield, Cathars' Crusade triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Dargo.
  3. Activate Dargo using Catalyst Elemental's ability by sacrificing it, adding R manaR mana.
  4. Choose to return Dargo from your graveyard to the command zone.
  5. Repeat.
