How it works

1. Cast Tevesh Szat by paying 4, plus commander tax (if applicable).
2. Tevesh Szat enters the battlefield with eight loyalty counters due to Vorinclex.
3. Norn's Choirmaster triggers, proliferating, putting two loyalty counters on Tevesh Szat.
4. Activate Tevesh Szat's last loyalty ability by removing ten loyalty counters from it, choosing to put it into the command zone.
5. Resolve the ability, putting Tevesh Szat and all other commanders from the command zone onto the battlefield and gaining control of all commanders.
6. Norn's Choirmaster triggers at least once, proliferating at least once; choose to put exactly two loyalty counters on Tevesh Szat.
7. Repeat from step 4.
