How it works

1. Cause Sanctum Weaver to become an artifact using Thran Forge.
2. Activate Sanctum Weaver by tapping it, adding at least 3.
3. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying 2, untapping Sanctum Weaver.
4. Repeat from step 2.

This clever loop turns your mana dork into a self-contained power plant by leveraging Thran Forge to permanently (for the turn) grant Sanctum Weaver the artifact type it needs to be targeted. Once it wears that artifact hat, Sanctum Weaver taps to produce massive piles of colored mana thanks to the enchantments you control, which more than covers the {2} cost required to untap it. Finally, Voltaic Construct acts as the mechanical engine, using that generated surplus to repeatedly untap the Weaver and keep the cycle spinning infinitely.
