How it works

1. Cause Sanctum Weaver to become an artifact using Neurok Transmuter.
2. Activate Sanctum Weaver by tapping it, adding at least 3.
3. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying 2, untapping Sanctum Weaver.
4. Repeat from step 2.

This clever loop turns Sanctum Weaver into an endlessly repeatable mana source by leaning into Neurok Transmuter's ability to temporarily rewrite creature types, converting the Weaver into an artifact in addition to its other types. Once it's an artifact creature, Voltaic Construct can step in with its untap ability, easily funded by the surplus mana generated by Sanctum Weaver as long as you control at least three enchantments. By cycling back and forth between tapping for a windfall of colored mana and paying a portion of it to untap, you achieve an infinite loop that floods your mana pool.
